Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Todetana online store operated by Buyer Star Inc.

Canceling an Order

Customers may request cancellation at any time before the order has been fulfilled.

There is no separate fixed cancellation period.

The determining factor is whether the order has already been fulfilled.

Cancellation Confirmation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order.

A cancellation is complete only after Buyer Star Inc. confirms that the order was successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we recommend contacting customer service as soon as possible.

Orders That Have Already Been Fulfilled or Shipped

Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

If the merchandise qualifies for return, the customer may request a return according to our Refund Policy.

The customer is responsible for standard return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by customer service or required by law.

Cancellations by Buyer Star Inc.

Buyer Star Inc. may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Pricing errors
  • Product listing errors
  • Payment authorization problems
  • Suspected fraud
  • Order verification concerns
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Suspected promotional abuse
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment

If Buyer Star Inc. cancels a paid order that will not be shipped, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Discounted Orders

Using a:

  • Coupon code
  • Discount code
  • Promotional code
  • Promotional offer

does not prevent an otherwise eligible order from being canceled or returned.

A discounted order remains subject to the same general cancellation and return requirements as other orders unless different terms were clearly disclosed for a specific offer before purchase.
