This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how Todetana handles order cancellations and any future pre-order products that may be offered on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Standard Orders

Most products sold by Todetana are available for immediate purchase and are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

2. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun.

Orders that have been:

  • Processed
  • Packed
  • Prepared for shipment
  • Shipped

cannot be canceled.

3. Pre-Orders

From time to time, Todetana may offer certain products for purchase on a pre-order basis.

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before it becomes available for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and may change due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Supplier availability
  • Transportation delays
  • Customs processing
  • Government actions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment is collected at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available for shipment.

4. Pre-Order Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before fulfillment has begun.

Once a pre-order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be canceled.

Todetana reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once fulfillment activities have commenced.

5. Combined Orders

If a pre-order product is purchased together with products that are currently in stock, Todetana may ship the entire order once all items become available unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Customers wishing to receive in-stock products sooner are encouraged to place separate orders.

6. Product Changes

During the pre-order period, product packaging, colors, specifications, or minor design details may change without materially affecting the product's intended function or quality.

Todetana reserves the right to make reasonable product improvements before shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Once an order has shipped, all returns, refunds, exchanges, and after-sales requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Underwear products become final sale once shipped due to hygiene considerations.

Products purchased below their original listed price, including sale items, promotional pricing, clearance items, bundle offers, coupon discounts, discount codes, flash sales, seasonal promotions, or any other reduced pricing, are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, store credit, or price adjustments, except where required by applicable law.

8. Right to Cancel by Todetana

Todetana reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or pre-order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Production limitations
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment verification issues
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Todetana cancels an order before shipment, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
